Information You Send
A name or location entered into a search box is passed to the third-party provider that operates the search tool. Dodge County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own end. The provider's practices, terms, and privacy notice control after the request leaves the page.
If you send an email or contact message, the details supplied are kept as needed to read and answer it. Messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required or needed to handle the request.
Technical Data and Cookies
Routine page delivery can produce technical data about a visit, such as:
- IP address.
- Browser type and version.
- Device category and operating system.
- Pages viewed and time spent on each page.
- Referring website, when one is supplied.
- Visit timestamps.
Cookies and similar tools may be used to understand how visitors use the site. Browser settings can block or remove cookies. Some features may behave differently when they are blocked.
How Information Is Used
Collected information may be used to keep the service working, understand which parts are useful, and respond to messages. It may also support the delivery of search requests and advertising. Common uses include:
- Keeping pages available and responsive.
- Sending a search request to the correct partner service.
- Measuring which information paths receive attention.
- Finding, diagnosing, and correcting technical problems.
- Showing advertising that may relate to a visitor's interests.
The reference pages link to the Dodge County Jail Population route, the GDC search, the Dodge County court directory, and other official and outside resources. A click to one of those services moves the visitor under that service's own rules.
Links and Outside Providers
Links may lead to the Dodge County Sheriff's Office, booking or court systems, the Georgia Department of Corrections, federal locators, local news, and third-party search tools. Each outside operator controls its own content, data handling, security, and availability. Review the destination's privacy notice before entering personal information.
Advertising partners may track activity across websites for interest-based advertising on their systems. That tracking is controlled by the partner, not by the private reference pages.
Who May Receive Data
Personal information is not sold by Dodge County Busted Mugshots. It may still reach the following categories when a visitor uses a feature or when the law requires disclosure:
- Search partners that handle submitted queries.
- Analytics providers that measure page use.
- Advertising networks and related service vendors.
- Law-enforcement or government bodies responding to a valid legal order.
Security Limits
Reasonable, standard security practices are used for the information under the site's control. No internet-connected service is completely secure, however, and no promise can be made that a system is breach-proof. Visitors should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information in a message.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If a minor has submitted personal data, a parent or guardian may use the Contact Us route to ask for deletion of that submission.
Your Privacy Choices
Subject to applicable law and reasonable verification, a visitor may ask to:
- Receive a copy of personal data held by the service.
- Correct information that is inaccurate.
- Request deletion of information.
- Opt out of certain processing where an opt-out is available.
Send a request through the contact route with enough detail to identify the relevant message or data. Search terms handled by a third-party provider must be addressed to that provider.
Changes to This Notice
Privacy practices may change as the service, search partners, advertising, or legal requirements change. An updated version will be posted here with a revised effective date or update marker. Continued use after a change means the revised notice applies to later visits.
